11 December 2021 Meeting called to order 11:05am Pledge of Allegiance conducted Membership: 65 currently with an additional two after first of the year.   Financials: Current balance is $3,362. Had miscellaneous expenses of raffle merchandise,  tickets, etc. Still need to pay balance of holiday party, etc. Final breakdown will be provided at January’s meeting. Christmas Party:  This Friday, 12/17. Begins at 6:30pm but remember this is in Nevada with an hour time difference. (7:30pm by AZ clocks). There is an optional participation in a gift exchange. If you bring a wrapped gift, not to exceed $25, you will get to play. It’s always fun but not mandatory. We will also play a simple game called Left, Right, Center. To participate requires three $1 bills. There is only one winner here, so you could end up with the whole pot!   Next month begins a new year with new Officers. We need officers.   SATURDAY 27 NOVEMBER 2021 This mornng at 10 am, riders began arriving at Mother Road Harley for the 2nd annual Toys for Tots ride to Locomotive Park where they dropped off their gifts for children.  Upon their arrival, they enjoyed a fine selection of tasty treats to have with fresh coffee. The coffee helped to warm them up from their chilly ride to the dealership. Our Road Captain Marc, got everyone and their bikes lined up for the 11:30 KSU departure to Locomotive Park. Thank You to all who participated in our 2nd annual toy run. Santa and Mrs. Clause won today's gift certificate.  They looked fantastic.  Upon our arrival at Locomotive Park, it was time for lot of photo taking activity while we waited and waited some more for the local Marine contingent to arrive.
