Too Broke for Sturgis

  THURSDAY 27 MAY 2021 If anyone is looking for another riding adventure that is closer than the Sturgis Rally, this just might be what you're looking for.  https://toobrokeforsturgis.com The 30th Annual TOO BROKE FOR STURGIS (TBFS) motorcycle rally will be held for the 18th year running at Mormon Lake Lodge dry campgrounds and arena, June 10th to 13th, 2021. TBFS is the annual fund-raiser event benefiting ABATE of Arizona, AZ’s largest motorcycle-rights organization, focused on protecting motorcyclists’ rights, increasing public awareness of motorcycles, and promoting rider safety. This event draws approximately 1400 motorcycle enthusiasts from all over the country. It’s 4-days of camping and socializing, featuring live music Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, a poker walk, raffles, people games, motorcycle games, wet t-shirt contest, tattoo contest, beard/mustache contest, and Miss Too Broke for Sturgis contest.   SATURDAY 14 May 2021 A communication from the Director G ood Afternoon MRHOG Members, The following is a description of the ride for our North Rim Grand Canyon experience. Sounds like great fun.  Don't see how you can go wrong with motorcycles, friends, shopping and scenery! Look for the poll that will be on Facebook soon. If you haven't yet made your reservation, you will want to do so soon. I know there are members staying at the Travelodge and Ailken's Lodge. Hope you can make it. Time: 7:30am, KSU 8:00am (Az. time)   The ride to; We will head west on Hwy 163 to Hwy 95 north to Boulder City, Nv. for breakfast at the Coffee Cup (80 mi. 1.5 hrs, also buy gas before breakfast).   SATURDAY 8 May 2021 MRHOG Chapter meeting MRHOG MEMBERSHIP MEETING MINUTES May 8, 2021 Officers Present : Sebrena Edmison, Elsa Recker, Lon Warden, Marla Merryman, Ann Mitchell, Marc Recker  The membership meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m. by Sebrena. Treasurer report: Sebrena reported there is $2.627.81 in the bank account and there were no expenditures in the month of April. Membership report : Sebrena reported we have 62 current members. New members are Ken Sikorski and Tony Madrid.  Tony was in attendance.  Welcome, Tony!! Activity report: Tickets for the picnic next month on Sunday, June 13 are for sale; signup sheets for potluck and games is available.   Christmas party plans are evolving, more info to be sent out as it becomes available.
