MRHOG November Meeting

SATURDAY

13 NOVEMBER 2021

Meeting was called to order at 11:10.

Welcomed riders to the meeting. Elsa (activities officer) led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Officer Shelly (Treasurer) announced the deposits and expenses for October. Balance for the end of October was, $3,258.03.

Officer Mark (photographer) spoke about the Toy Drive on November 27th.

Coffee and Donuts will be offered to all riders between 10:30 and 11:15. Kickstands up at 11:30 sharp. Flyers were available for anyone who wanted one.

Officer Marla (activities) spoke about the Christmas Party on December 17th from 6:30 until 10:30 at Riverside in Laughlin. To attend the cost will be $30.00 for members and $40.00 for guests. Dinner will be Prime Rib plus all the fixins..

Rooms are available for the cost of approximately $67.00 a night. Use code C-HOG 21 to get the discount. 10 Rooms were blocked.

Games that will be playing were discussed. Anyone who wishes to participate needs to bring 3 $1.00 bills for LCR and a gift each for the White elephant game. Limit for the gift is $25.00.

Anyone who would like to volunteer with set up please arrive at 6:00. Clean up will take place after the party. We would like to encourage everyone to participate. Flyers were made available to all the members.

New member Tom stood up and told us a little about himself.

A food box was placed on the table for any canned foods that were donated. Thank you to those who participated.

The Breakfast at Sebrenas was a success. We cleared $135.00 profit. Thank you to the officers who donated the food, time and location.

A guest speaker spoke about their organization Abate.
