Birthdays.

September birthday members were called to the front of the meeting. Bonnie was our only member with a September birthday so she was presented with the Birthday gift card for $10.00

Treasury Report:

Balance in the checkbook is currently $3,097.73.

Expenses for August were $113.13. For raffle gifts until the

end of the year.

Total deposit was $139.00

Membership =$20.00.

50/50 = $22.50

50/50 = donated back $22.50

Raffle = $30.00

Announcements:

Announced the secretary position is available and to let us know if anyone is interested. This would only be until the end of the year.

Pancake Breakfast will be on October 30, pancakes, eggs, bacon, coffee and Orange juice for $5 per person. Open to members and guests.

Saddle Sore Ranch is having a Shine Toberfest Sat, 10/16. n With a chili cook off at 2pm. That event will be Oct 15-17. They can join that FB page if interested.

We will have the canned food drive at November’s meeting, Saturday, November 13th.

Toys for Tots - November 27th, there will be coffee and donuts served at Harley before the ride.

Christmas Party at the Riverside is set for Friday, Dec 17th. Price per person will be $30 for members. Guest’s price will be $40.00. A prime rib buffet will be served. Price per room will be $67.50. This includes all taxes and fees. We encourage you to make your reservation soon. We will be collecting money for the Prime Rib Buffett at November and December meetings.

Rides:

Wednesday September 22nd, there will be a ride to Sedona. Please let Sebrena know if you are interested in going

There will be a ride to Seligman October 23; we will stop at Keepers of the Wild on the way up there. Price for Keepers of the Wild will range from $20.00 - $30.00, depending on if you ride the tram.

October 25 - 27 we will take a 3 day ride to Cortez, CO. Some members are staying at Days Inn by Wyndham Cortez in Cortez, CO. Prices at this time are $164.00 for two nights. (This ride will take place depending on the weather)
