MRHOG MEMBERSHIP MEETING MINUTES

Officers Present:   Sebrena Edmison, Elsa Recker, Lon Warden, Marla Merryman, Shelly Margheim, Tammy Taylor, Ann Mitchell, Marc Recker 

The membership meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m. by Sebrena.

Treasurer report:  Shelly reported there is $2.202.81 in the bank account.

Membership report: Tammy reported we have 60 current members.  We had one guest.

Activity report:   Today will begin selling tickets for the picnic; signup sheets for potluck and games is available.  Will need two more propane BBQ’s.  Christmas party plans are evolving, more info to be sent out.

 Birthday recognition: There were no April birthdays.

Rides: Going to Hualapia Lodge for lunch today.  Everyone is welcome to go.

The Death Valley overnighter is scheduled for this Tuesday, Wednesday, and returning on Thursday.  Meet at Carl’s Jr in Bullhead at 8:30 am, KSU at 9:00 am.  Reminder trikes are to be in the “back of the pack” for safety concerns.

4/25, Sunday ride to Wickenburg. meet here at 9:00 am. KSU at 930 possibly stopping in Wickiup.

5/6, Thursday ride to Pirates Cove. MR at 10 am, KSU 10:15 am OR Pilot station at the I40 Lake Havasu exit 11; KSU 11:15 am. Shooting for lunch at 11:30 am.

5/23-24, Saturday/Sunday ride to Winslow; stay the night and go by the crater on the following day 

June 12, Saturday to Kingman Airport café after the meeting

June23, Wednesday to   Lulu Belles in Ashfork- Chris Taylor will be Road Captain

Other information:  4/23,24 Friday/Saturday there will be a Harley parts only swap meet – info will be posted on facebook.

4/24, Saturday Men of Fire poker run in Bullhead.

5/22,23 Saturday/Sunday MCC will have a new rider class.  It will be here on 5/22 and at the college campus on 5/23.  Cost is $225 per person.  Scholarships may be available.
