MRHOG MEMBERSHIP MEETING MINUTES June 12, 2021

Officers Present: Sebrena Edmison, Elsa Recker, Lon Warden, Marla Merryman, Ann Mitchell, Marc Recker, Shelly Margheim, Tammy Taylor

The membership meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m. by Sebrena.

Pledge of Alligence.

Treasurer report: Shelly reported there is $2,2882.81 in the bank account. This month’s expenses will be for the BBQ and to secure the venue for the Christmas party.

Membership report: Sebrena reported we have 63 active members. Welcome to new member, Delmar Sanders!!

Activity report: Still time today to get tickets for the BBQ tomorrow at Hualapai Mountain campgrounds. The Christmas party venue has been finalized for Friday, December17 at Riverside Hotel & Casino. Menu will be a prime rib buffet. More info upcoming.

Birthday recognition: Happy Birthday to Vince Singleterry and Richard Epps! Richard won the drawing for the Harley Gift card.

Rides:

June 12, Saturday to Kingman Airport café after the meeting.

June 15,16 Tuesday, Wednesday to the North rim of the Grand Canyon.

June 23, Wednesday to Lulu Belles in Ashfork- Chris Taylor will be Road Captain

July 10, Saturday to Neena’s Taco shop in Golden Valley after the meeting

July 17, Saturday to Prescott –changed to riding to Williams. KSU 9:00 a.m. at MRHD

Tentative plans for rides to Pine Top/Show Low in August, Keepers of the Wild in October, Oak Creek Canyon in September; Quartsite swap meet in October.

Raffle: This month’s raffle winners were Tammy Taylor, Ed Edmison, Richard Epps. Sid Street won the 50/50 and Delmar Sanders won the patch pride,
